Fifteen years ago, Abramo made its first steps on the market. The company introduced three lasagnavarieties and an assortment of appetizers. Abramo proved to be an immediate shot in the rose and developed into a venture with a large liste of customer ring and about thirty fixed employees. Flexibility, quality and craft industry remain the three keys to success for Abramo.



Flexibility,

The Master words of Abramo are freshness, quality and craft industry and the company is very proud about that. " This implies that we work without stocks. The orders arrive around nine in the morning ", Robert Lamote explains. "Meanwhile, the preliminary work is finished and we can start up the production. The orders are completed the very same day, cooled and packed. The next morning, the delivery can start, the delivery is done with our own vehicles or via a conveyor." This shows us the flexibility with which Abramo approaches its customers. The flexibility is also reflected in the large product range.


Quality,

The lasagnes and appetizers - which marked our beginnings - always occupy a dominating place in the range, with many other preparations, like the quiches/salted tortas and first courses, preparations of potatoes and single-dish meals. To date, Abramo propose over seventy different products. "A great part of our production is distributed by the channel of the
wholesalers in delicatessens to domestic caterers and butchers. Another part is intended for the distribution. We produce and sell cooled fresh products, under gas or under-vacuum. By definition, we do not add dyes nor preserving products, what guarantees an optimal savour.


Craft industry,

"We respect the traditional kitchen. It is precisely our advantage and our force, vis-a-vis with competition. On the other hand, we always made an effort to organise our set of products and our manner of working in innovating way." Abramo adapts, constantly its infrastructure, in order to always have an optimal production process. As the company prepares all - down to the mixture of herbs and spices - it provides important efforts to answer perfectly to the directives and regulations of hygiene and traceability. "Abramo is synonymous with unapproachable quality", Robert Lamote concludes. "This is why we have a system of quality entirely integrated, allowing us to control the whole process of production from the very beginning down to the end."
